Shipping Regions

We currently ship to countries within the European Union.

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at contact@arkvy.co.

International shipping outside the EU may be added at a later stage.


Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Delivery Time (EU)

Estimated delivery times within the European Union:

Austria: 2–4 business days
Germany & neighbouring countries: 3–6 business days
Rest of EU: 4–8 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location and seasonal demand.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight.

Free shipping may be offered during selected promotions.


Natural Segmentation

Due to the natural hardness and material properties of our plant-based ski wax, the bar may naturally segment into 2–3 pieces during transport.

This does not affect product performance, glide characteristics, or application and does not constitute a defect.

If the product is significantly damaged, crumbled, or unusable, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@arkvy.co and include photos of the item and packaging.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

For consumers within the European Union, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please notify the carrier immediately and contact us within 48 hours.


Customs, Duties and Taxes (for future international shipping)

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping costs may apply.
