Consumers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.
The product must not be significantly damaged or altered.
Due to hygiene and product integrity, opened or used products cannot be returned unless defective.

The customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will process the refund within 14 days.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

If the product arrives damaged, defective, or unusable, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@arkvy.co and include photos.

In such cases, we will cover replacement or refund costs, including reasonable return shipping expenses.
